Master The Credit provides tax preparation services, credit education, and related financial support services. All services are provided based on the information supplied by the client and are intended for lawful personal or business use only.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Master The Credit is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

3. SMS & Communication Consent

Our SMS program is for tax preparation clients only and applies only if you separately and expressly opt in through a tax-preparation form that includes an SMS consent checkbox (or similar explicit opt-in).

Providing a phone number, submitting a credit-repair inquiry, or submitting any other inquiry alone does not enroll anyone in SMS.

If you opt in, you may receive recurring SMS messages related only to:

- Tax preparation appointment reminders and scheduling updates

- Tax preparation service-related notifications and follow-ups

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS services are available only to users 18 years of age or older.

4. No Guarantees

Master The Credit does not guarantee specific tax outcomes, refund amounts, or financial results. All results depend on individual circumstances and information provided.

5. Payments & Fees

Fees for services will be disclosed prior to engagement. Payment is required as agreed before services are completed unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be sold. Information is used only for service delivery, communication, and legal compliance.
